Frank was extremely helpful. He was very personable and helped me replace my dead battery even though he had never done it before for the type of car that I have. The staff was quick and polite. I have also gotten wiper blades and odor eliminators here that did the job. Great service!

I bought wiper blades and one of them didn’t work. Felt silly going back but Javier was great. Turns out the blade was defective. He swapped out in no time, installed it and checked my bad installation on the other blade. Wonderful service.

I’m not the kind of person to review things, much less review a chain AutoZone. That being said, The staff here have repeatedly gone above and beyond, and have been outstandingly helpful. Not only have I not had a bad experience, but every time I’ve gone in, they’ve been incredible.
I went to another Athens AutoZone the other day and the difference was like night and day. So here I am, feeling compelled to leave these guys a five star review.

Unbelievable experience for me. I was driving my wife’s car (to make sure it ran every once in a while) and the battery died. I was going to have to walk all the way to an auto store to get a new battery, but JP at autozone picked me up and helped me install a new battery. Things like that don’t happen these days. I’m sure there are liability issues galore with what they did for me, but they did it anyways. Thanks for your kindness and passion for what y’all do. Great store.

I came here 10 minutes before closing one night to get my a new headlight for my car. The employee that helped me informed me that there was a lot in the way of accessing my headlight to change it and didn't have time to troubleshoot before they closed in 3 minutes. Rather than sending me on my way and wishing me luck he suggested I come back the next day to have their store manager, Mitchell take a look. When I came back, Mitchell was eager to help me and agreed that it seemed less than simple to replace the headlight, as it was designed for the bumper to have to come off. Again, rather than wishing me luck and sending me to a mechanic who would charge me 50-80 buck in labor (for a headlight!) he pulled up a YouTube video on changing a bulb for my model and found a much simpler way to get it done. Not only did he go the extra mile to help me out but he did so in the rain and with a great attitude! This AutoZone will always have my business for anything i need for my car and will always recommend this Auto
zone. Its very difficult to find such friendly and dedicated service.

Very Friendly and customer centric. They'll let thou borrow their car computer tester which tells you exactly what problem your car has, at no charge. Used to get charged lot for this to be done by a technician and now you can do it for yourself at no charge!!

Auto store I have ever been to! Come from a family of mechanics and these guys know what they are talking about. They all give the best advice and will NOT update you on unnecessary items! If your check engine light is on stop by there and let them check it out they’ll tell you exactly what’s wrong.The whole staff is amazing the manager is super awesome too! Thanks guys

Colin is the absolute best. Our AC went out on a hot summer day, and we have never had this happen to us with our car. There is no telling how much money Colin saved us. He quickly diagnosed the issue using two different gauges to double check his work. In literally no time at all, he got our AC working back cold again. Life. Saver. Especially in Georgia's summer!
