Residence Life is seeking an individual to join a diverse team that advises incoming students, faculty and staff on housing options and requirements to live in residential housing. The successful candidate will manage assignments for all residential spaces to maximize hall/apartment configurations, ensure eligibility and housing agreement requirements are met, and connect students with residential services geared toward enhancing their individual academic success.

Minimum of two years of administrative experience is required, including customer service. Experience in housing is preferred. Required skills include public relations, customer service, written and oral communication, and attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications:

Two years of college coursework in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Position Details:

This is a full-time, term-funded, non-exempt staff position with a competitive salary andfull employee benefits package. UA provides a generous compensation package that includes retirement options, annual leave, 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and family members, and affordable medical, dental and vision care coverage. New hires will be placed on theUA Staff Salary Schedule, Grade 77, based on education and experience.
