Slimming Eats SP Weekly Meal Plan - Week 1 | Slimming World Recipes (1)

Want to give an Slimming World SP week a try, but don't know where to start? Well this meal plan is just for you. All your meals planned out for you, so all you have to worry about is cooking and enjoying the food.

Whether you are new to Slimming World or just need to regain focus this weekly meal plan is perfect for you. Increasing your speed foods is known for being great to boost weight loss. So give this SP week a try.

Don't forget for an SP day, half of your plate should be Speed foods and any foods you eat throughout the day should be S or P food unless it comes from your syns. You also get 1 Healthy Extra B choice and 2 Healthy Extra A choices.

The biggest response when I asked about bringing you weekly meal plans, was to include all meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, but for those who just want a weekly lunch or dinner plan etc, then you can just ignore the rest.

The majority of my recipes serve 4 people (I am a family of 4 after all), so you may need to double up or half if you are serving more or less or why not tub up the leftovers and freeze, most are fine to freeze. Just ask if you are not sure 🙂 (I am gradually adding a freezer friendly note to all my recipes, but it will take me a while to work through them all.

That looks like something I could get my head around. I work crazy shifts though and tend to get stuck on suitable snacks.

    Any suggestions?

Hi Sheree - a good few years back I would struggle with eating breakfast, never really fancied anything early in the morning, but now it's my favourite meal of the day. I find if I eat a good breakfast, the rest of the day follows suit. Good luck.

Hi Siobhan. I just discovered your site. It's fab! Quick question, on your SP weekly plan, where a particular day amounts to say 1 HE B and 3 syns does this mean I can have 1 NE B and 1 HE A plus 12 syns (UK. Oh I'm not intending to use all 15, I'm just trying to get it straight in my head) left?

    Many thanks

    Mary

Hi Mary, yes that's correct. I don't like to use all those in my meal plans, as I like to keep some free so that you can pick your own items instead. Enjoy!!

Hi Simone love the site and meal planner. Can I still have one HEA and one HEB and 15 syns on the SP plane? Obviously deducting them if they're in the daily meal planer. And whats left over I can choose myself. Thank you Jackie.

Hi Jackie, yes on most days on the meal plans, I have left them unused so that you can use them on what you prefer.
