Booked room wasn’t available. Room we were put with pull out couch was full of chips crumbs and cheese.

This property was very dated and dirty. Stains everywhere on the room carpet. Bed linens didn’t even fit mattress properly. Mattress very very old and stained. Hallways look like they haven’t been vacuumed in months. The front desk staff were polite and friendly.

This hotel needs work. Hallways were filthy dirty. Rooms are very old. Chair on our room the recliner would not go in all the way. Can’t believe how this place has gone down hill. I loved staying here

Very clean, the property team stays on top of handling any pool and spa issues too. The lounge has a full bar and they are working on a drink menu! .We very much enjoyed our stay

Cleanliness was okay, not great but somewhat acceptable. However I noticed that they charged me $250 instead of the rate that I agreed to. They gave me a smoking room it had Burns in the carpets on the chairs and on the back of the door it said check out at noon. But the next morning they said check out was at 11:00 and since we were having car trouble they said don't worry about it and we checked out at noon. Very disappointed in this quality inn in Bismarck North Dakota.

2nd rate motel. Dogs barking . Toilet running, tv wouldn’t change channels. Had to switch rooms. Won’t ever stay there again! 4 dogs in one room really!!!

The room was filthy, window to the outside was wide open when we checked in, on the ground level, crumbs in the beds, stains on the bedding. The pool was nice but was always out of towels and was dirty around it due to birthday parties I believe. Our room phone did not work so we could not call the front desk for any reason.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was typical and compared to the rest of the facility, the dining area was clean and well maintained. Hot tub jets didn’t work. Cleanliness is the biggest downfall. Our nightstand had sticky stuff all over it, floors in the facility not vacuumed. If you need a cheap night stay, it’ll do.

Soda machines did not work. No toiletries in my room. Carpet stained and damaged from pets. Chair dirty. Toilet seat needs replaced. Tv way too small to enjoy from the bed.

Didn’t like 1st floor room being next to pool because when I wanted to go to sleep there was lots of noise in pool area.

The room was clean but the top sheet had some yuck on it. It was at the foot of the bed. Otherwise comfortable.

The hotel room was clean. I forgot my tooth brush. I called hotel reception they told me they have a cabinet of complimentary stuff if anyone needs. So that was convenient as well as the customer service being on point Thank you for a wonderful stay.
